Waking up to your life is really challenging work.

Going it alone seems – well, you just can’t anymore. It would help if you had someone to talk to.

So, you pick up the phone to call your best friend. They’ve always been your outlet – and you start sharing everything that’s going on with you.

Your head hurts, you can barely get out of bed in the morning, you can’t seem to make yourself care about your work – work that used to be fulfilling.

A cloud follows you around all the time, shading over all the vibrant colors you used to see all around you – dulling your whole life. Gray. All you see now is gray.

When is enough, enough?

The ideals you once held sacred don’t have the same meaning to you anymore.

You’re tired of the same old, same old. So very tired.

How you see your life has taken on a different meaning – not for the better.

And your friend tries to help, but…

There comes a time in life when you need more maintenance and accountability than a phone call, text, or check in with a friend.

You need an ongoing, consistent setting to get you from barely getting by to thriving.

They love you, but they just don’t “get” it.

And that’s ok. Because I do. And I can help.

It can be challenging to talk about your thoughts and feelings with friends and family. Sometimes, it’s too much to take care of their feelings while working through your own.

You need a designated space and time to work through your own experiences with a trained expert.

That’s what individual therapy is for – to give you space to be yourself. To do the work you need to do.

Your healing journey doesn’t have to make sense to anyone but you.

Therapy is a sacred healing container.
