Teletherapy

Social distancing doesn’t have to stop your healing journey.

Even as we stay at home, there’s still crucial inner work to do.

Heck, the quarantine may even have prompted you to realize a lot of things about yourself, your life, and our society that you need to process – with a licensed therapist.

The tool of teletherapy allows you to connect on a deeper level with yourself – to show up more fully in your life – no matter what’s going on outside.

I’m here for you.

While teletherapy is a new format for many of us, the structure of therapy remains the same.

I’m fully present for you during our sessions – giving you the same level of professionalism, care, intention, compassion, and healing that I provide in person.

You’re in charge of you.

While participating in teletherapy, you need to control a few key elements.

Remember – you’ll need to ensure that your immediate surroundings are a safe place for you to participate in the therapeutic process.

I recommend the use of headphones to keep what we share entirely confidential and to hear as optimally as possible.

You also need to have your therapy sessions in a space where you will be free to focus on the session, with no interruptions.

Further, your reliable Internet connection will be an essential factor in the quality of our sessions. You may need to use an ethernet cable or make sure you’re close to your router and modem.

Teletherapy offers unanticipated benefits.

Some “silver linings” of teletherapy include convenience, comfort, and safety.

With the single click of a button, you completely bypass the stress and wasted time dealing with traffic to and from your sessions.

You can stay at home and wear whatever you want.

If things get hard, you’re already at home in your safe space.

Stop thinking about “someday.”

Turn “someday” into TODAY.

You deserve to achieve your dreams and goals – to live the life you truly desire.

It’s not wrong for you to want more for yourself – to be the best version of you.

The sky is the limit.

You don’t have to do it all alone. And with teletherapy, I can be with you wherever you are in Virginia.
